2011 RECITAL INFORMATION

This year the recitals will be held on May 20, 21, & 22, 2011 at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center.  Dress rehearsal will be May 9, 10, 11, 12, 2011 at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. There will be seven recitals and your child will be in only one recital unless he/she takes more that one class.  In the event your child takes more than one class there is a possibility that he/she might be in two or more recitals.  We try very hard to put siblings in the same show but that is not always possible.

The recital cost is $95.00 per class/costume for your first costume, $85.00 for your second costume and $75.00 for each additional costume.  This price is per family not per child. This includes your costume and the recital fee, which covers auditorium rental, lights, drops, props, choreography, music, programs, etc.  The deadline for all costume fees is Monday, November 15, 2010.  If your fee is not paid by this date there will be a $10.00 late fee for each costume.

Please make your checks payable to Tolbert Yilmaz Recital and return them to the office with this form.  Please fill out one form for each class that your child takes and plans to participate in the recital with their class.  Please do not include costume payments with any other payments (for example monthly tuition fees) in order for record keeping being easier.  Thank You!
