1.     Classes begin on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 and end Saturday, May 20, 2012.

2.     The studio will be closed for Thanksgiving Holidays Nov. 24-27, 2011, Christmas Holidays Dec. 23-Jan 4, 2012 and Spring Break April 2-7, 2012.  We will be open for all other holidays and on all school teacher work days.

3.     All recital and costume fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

4.     Recital dates for 2012 are May 18, 19 & 20.

5.     Recital dress rehearsal dates for 2012 are May 7 thru 10.

6.     Tuition is due by the 10^th of each month.  We do not send out bills unless your account is past due.  If your account is not paid by the 10^th of each month there will be a $10.00 late fee added to your account.

7.     There are no refunds for missed classes.  You may make up the class that you missed within four weeks.

8.     If you have any problems or questions about a class or a teacher do not go to the teacher, please contact the director of the studio.

9.     Call the studio for any weather related closings and tune into Channel 11, WTVD for school closings and check the school voice mail.
